The property located in the lap of a small cove and it is completely protected from the winds. Upon arrival to the property, grand stairs lead to the garden and the pool area and welcomed by the soothing sounds of the sea waves. The residential area looks like a tranquil reservoir with many relaxing benefits for contemplating in front of the sea view.

Given the setting that the design developed for the property aims to enhance the already substantial interaction occurring between the two houses, the pool area and the topography, based on an ecological theory of ‘patches, corridors, and matrix’, the general idea outlines a long term strategy to re-connect the fragmented patches of landscape into a sustainable whole that will enhance the biodiversity of the area. This strategy includes the creation of an integrated network of green corridors with a mix of Mediterranean species with the minimum needs for water, comprising paths of gravel and resting areas for an environmentally sustainable and integrated landscape.
